Update - We're continuing to see an elevated rate of Shopify re-authorization for our customers and are investigating a new series of mitigations. We're deploying changes in the next two hours to provide additional relief for accounts still being impacted by this.

Update - We're continuing to investigate an unusually high volume of traffic from the Square integration, which is the root cause of the delays. If you have a Square integration connected, you'll continue to experience significant delays in transaction updates. We'll share another update as soon as we have more information or a fix in place.

Identified - We're currently experiencing a delay in how quickly data updates between Thrive and your connected integration partners. This means changes made in one system (like inventory counts, orders, or product updates) may take longer than usual to show up in the other.
